- I recently reported that Borland C++ 4.51 was trashing my hard drive
- (which it was in a big way when I used the DOS turbo Debugger). I
- uninstalled 4.51, installed 4.52 and only use Borland from a clean
- boot. This seems to work. Being an old dog, who started with Unix,
- I'm not a fan of C++ (yes that means I still happily write in C code)
- but I will recant my nasty comments about Borland. The window
- compiler and debugger is many steps ahead of the old line command
- compiler.
